How MathSolverAI handles local work, guest AI processing, cloud history and usage records.
Local equation calculations and the optional local notebook stay in your browser. Choosing an image uploads it to the application for preparation; signed-in users can also prepare a PDF page. Clicking Solve sends the prepared image and question to the configured AI provider, including for guest trials. Guest question text and answer content are cleared after 24 hours by scheduled maintenance. Content-free request fingerprints, duplicate-request safeguards and usage records remain so a retry does not trigger another charge. Guest limits use a salted network-address hash, so people sharing a network share the trial allowance. Signed-in cloud history remains until deleted: deleting an entry clears its question and answer while retaining content-free request and accounting records. Uploaded image bytes are processed in memory and are not saved as image files by this application. The service stores account email and usage metadata, not card numbers. Avoid uploading personal information unrelated to the question. You may export or clear the local notebook. Support requests store your email and message for up to 90 days in this product. These application retention rules do not describe the AI provider’s independent retention policies.
