How to ask for help with a purchase or a duplicate charge.

You can request a refund of an unused pack within 14 days. Partly used packs are reviewed individually, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Duplicate or erroneous charges are investigated. Failed AI requests restore charged account credits; guest trials have a separate bounded allowance. A refund reverses the corresponding purchased credits. Use the contact form with your account email and order reference. Do not include card information. Bank processing times vary.
